No, we employ all our staff on an hourly rate, plus bonuses and commissions for achieving KPI’s. We offer our employees very competitive rates.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No there is not! Your earnings will ultimately come down to your commitment to succeed and how well you can put your training into practice. Also, the more responsibility you can manage will directly reflect in your earnings.

Are your promotional / sales staff available to us for training?

Yes, we regularly make our staff available for on-site training. Additionally, we brief our staff every morning 50 weeks a year to our own standard.

Is training provided?

Yes, we offer full training to every new employee, regardless of previous experience.

Are there opportunities to progress in the company?

Yes, we are always looking for people to move up and take on new responsibilities. Your success is our success.

Are there working travel opportunities?

Yes, our Head Office is based in South Australia, however, we travel right throughout Australia promoting campaigns for several clients in most major cities and regional areas.

What sort of hours can you offer on an ongoing basis?

We can offer full-time hours depending on your ability to achieve KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Do I need experience?

No, experience is not necessary, but previous experience will definitely be an advantage.

Do I need a Drivers' License?

No, it’s not necessary to have a driver’s license, but it will make your life easier in getting to and from locations for the day.
